The catalog gives this drawing only a generic label, but its subjects are specific: a drawbridge in Tokyo and the foreign visitors who came to see it. The record credits Isoda Koryūsai, an Edo-period ukiyo-e artist active from about 1764 to 1788, yet dates the work to 1750 and places its subjects between 1850 and 1900. Those dates do not agree, so treat the attribution and chronology as cataloguers' estimates. The later period fits Japan's opening to foreign trade after 1854, when Western travelers began arriving in numbers and Edo was renamed Tokyo in 1868.
