This drawing is catalogued under a title that only says "Japanese drawing," but its subject tags point to a drawbridge in Tokyo and to foreign visitors there between 1850 and 1900. The record is not consistent, though. It gives a date of 1750, yet names Isoda Koryūsai, who is documented as active from about 1764 to 1788, and a botanical note that does not match the bridge subject. Koryūsai was known for ukiyo-e prints of beauties, actors, and landscapes made in Edo, so the attribution and the 19th-century subjects deserve checking against the original cataloguing before the drawing is read as a view of that later period.
