Titled *Tokyo orai kuruma zukushi*, or "Vehicular traffic in Tokyo," this three-panel woodcut packs rickshaws, carts, carriages, a tricycle, an early bicycle, horse riders, and a cannon into a single street scene. The city had only recently been renamed, since Edo became Tokyo in 1868, and the print captures that moment of rapid change. It is signed by Ichimōsai Yoshitora, and its seal date places it in 1870. The catalog record also credits Toyohara Kunichika and the Utagawa artists, so attribution is worth checking against the signature.
