Caldeno Falls is a cascade in the Delaware Water Gap, where the Delaware River cuts through Kittatinny Ridge along the Pennsylvania and New Jersey border. Little is recorded about this particular view, but the surrounding landscape has drawn visitors for well over a century, from hikers to summer tourists arriving from nearby cities. The area became the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in 1965, and its streams and falls remain among its most popular attractions.
