A delegation of arbitration participants stands at the White House on June 2, 1925, according to a title the National Photo Company wrote on the negative or its sleeve. The company ran a busy Washington studio from about 1906 to 1936, and it recorded officials, visitors and city scenes on glass plates during the Coolidge years. The record does not name the delegates or the dispute, and the title is unverified. The streaks and blemishes visible on the plate are typical of age-related deterioration in the original coatings.
