Marking fifty years since the First Zionist Congress convened in Basel in 1897, this Tel Aviv poster from 1947 honors the movement's founder, Theodor Herzl, whose portrait anchors the design. The title borrows the spirit of his best-known line, "If you will it, it is no dream," from his 1902 novel *Altneuland*, and the flags in the composition point to the national cause the congress set in motion. Printed as a chromolithograph by E. Lewin-Epstein, the poster appeared in the months before the United Nations vote on partition and the declaration of the State of Israel in 1948, when its jubilee message carried particular weight.
