Under the heading "Some account of some of the bloody deeds of General Jackson," this 1828 broadside gathers the violent episodes of Andrew Jackson's career into a single attack sheet. It ties together his campaigns against the Creek Indians during the Creek War, his dueling, and his life in Nashville, where he had long practiced law, served as a judge, and farmed. The sheet also names John Binns, the Philadelphia printer and political writer, which points to the partisan press that fed the bitter contest between Jackson and John Quincy Adams that year.
