The Mecca Double Folder stands out for its format: a single card folded so that two players share one sheet, one on each half. Issued by the American Tobacco Company in 1911 and packed with its cigarettes, the T201 series was printed in color using relief with halftone, a combination that gave the figures a richer look than many plainer cards of the period. Tobacco companies used inserts like these to build brand loyalty, and collectors today value the Mecca folders for both their players and their bold design.
