An aerial view of Newark Airport in New Jersey, shot as the field was readied for a formal dedication, shows the airfield from above at a moment when the facility was being presented to the public. The caption card records no date, so the exact year is uncertain, but the Associated Press credit points to a press photograph taken for newspaper use.
