*Help Yourself* was billed as a three-act comedy, and the subject tags on this 1937 silkscreen point to a theme that would have resonated with Depression-era audiences: banking. The Federal theater Project, which employed actors, writers and designers during the 1930s, is credited as sponsor, while the Associated Student Body handled local backing. Tickets were sold at Illers, a department store, showing how a student-backed production could reach ordinary shoppers.
