The record for this view of Detroit's City Hall is sparse, and the shelflist card gives no date, so its age is uncertain. The card associates the print with Corrie's Detroit Lithographic Office, a local firm of the kind that produced city views and street scenes for merchants and civic publications in the nineteenth century.
