*Après la bataille* ("After the Battle") is an undated French lithograph whose caption card credits an artist recorded as "Anddrieux," a spelling the record itself flags as unverified. The title is a common one for nineteenth-century French prints of battlefield aftermaths, and it echoes Victor Hugo's 1830 poem of the same name, which imagines Napoleon moving among the wounded and dead. Because the print has no recorded date, its exact period rests on its style and the title, so viewers should treat any specific attribution as a starting point for further research.
