Few posters of the period so directly name the women a movement hoped to reach. This one, dated 1976 and issued by Radical Women of Seattle, addresses working women, minority women and lesbians together, a combination that many feminist groups of the time handled separately. Radical Women was a socialist feminist organization that tied gender inequality to class and conditions on the job. The record lists meetings among its subjects, so the poster likely served as an organizing notice meant to bring these constituencies into one room.
