This c1901 group portrait shows the Princeton baseball team posed in Princeton, New Jersey, the university town that fielded one of the stronger collegiate nines of the era. The record credits the print to Burr McIntosh, who registered it for copyright, a step that was common for photographers selling images of popular subjects.
