This color lithograph advertises David Belasco's comedy *Naughty Anthony*, and its caption, "At it again!", gives the poster a playful, mischievous tone suited to the play. Belasco (1853-1931) was one of the most influential figures in the American theater of his era, known as a playwright, producer and director who pushed for detailed, realistic staging. The poster was printed by the Strobridge Litho. Co. of Cincinnati and New York, a firm that produced many of the large pictorial theater advertisements seen in American cities around 1900.
