Remember!" is a 1919 color lithograph signed by F. Gottlob, and the record notes a second issue with French text, which suggests it was printed for more than one audience. Its subject headings point to German military personnel, German communications, and German propaganda of the 1910s, and the Canada Food Board is listed as its sponsor. That agency handled food supplies during the First World War, so the poster belongs to the wider wartime effort to use a single urgent word and bold imagery to hold public attention.
