Few posters from this era carry a title as recognizable as this one, which echoes Creedence Clearwater Revival's 1970 song and the 1978 film of the same name, in which Nick Nolte starred. The record names Nolte as the performer, so the sheet likely promotes one of his appearances from around that time, when he was moving from television and stage work into leading film roles. The color design and modest 28 by 35.5 cm size suggest a small-run notice rather than a large studio campaign.
