Keep London Going" is a color poster issued for London Transport, the public transport service that carried passengers on the city's Underground and buses in the late 1930s. Its catalog record dates it only roughly, to between 1936 and 1940, and lists Man Ray (1890-1976) as the artist, though the notes flag that information as unverified. London Transport commissioned many posters in this period, and the best of them used bold modern design to make everyday travel look appealing. The poster's slogan speaks to the city's effort to keep its trains and buses running.
