This glass negative is labeled "Times" with the address 5508 36th Street, though the record notes that the title comes from unverified information written by the National Photo Company, so the name may refer to a business, a newspaper office, or something else entirely. The picture dates to about 1919 or 1920, when the company was photographing Washington streets and buildings for commercial sale.
