This print shows Thomas Jefferson in a bust-length view turned to the left, reproduced from a painting rather than made from a photograph. The record credits the W.H. Gallagher Co. of New York with the copyright and dates the print to about 1907, when companies sold inexpensive printed likenesses of presidents for schoolrooms, parlors and patriotic displays. The original painting is not named, so its artist and date cannot be confirmed here.
