Drawn in ballpoint pen and felt-tip marker, with overlays and opaque white on white wove paper, this sheet shows a doctor examining a patient. The record gives a circa 1971 date, though a 1985 date also appears, so the timing is uncertain. Ballpoint was cheap and widely available by then, and artists used it for fine, controlled linework that could be layered with marker and white for tone. The scene offers a glimpse of routine medical care as everyday drawing media of the era depicted it.
