This c1923 print shows a Ford touring car from a front three-quarter angle, its open body and folding top placed for the viewer to take in the whole vehicle. The touring car was among the most common body styles of Ford's Model T, which dominated American roads in the early 1920s and made automobile ownership affordable for many families. The photograph carries a copyright credit to Sales Equipment Co. of Detroit, a firm that produced images for commercial and promotional use. The date and credit come from an older caption card and have not been independently verified, so the picture is best read as an example of how the car was presented to buyers at the time.
