Ingredients

| 1 [part?] | onion, diced |
| as needed | butter |
| as needed | crushed tomato |
| as needed | chicken stock |
| 1 | spice bag |
| 1 [part?] | peppers, diced |
| 2-3 qt | beef, diced |
| as needed | spätzle |
Method
- Sauté diced celery and onion in butter.
- Add crushed tomato, chicken stock and the spice bag.
- Add diced peppers and 2 to 3 quarts diced beef.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Add spätzle.
- Check the seasoning again.
Notes
- The circled (1) beside celery, onion and peppers may mean equal parts.
