I can't agree with this. My fiance and I ate at Snappy Dragon
last night and out of four dishes ordered (potstickers, green
onion pancake, sweet and sour chicken, and a plate of noodles), we
finished only the potstickers--not because they were great
(indeed, they were not), but because they came first and we were
quite hungry. The food was less than mediocre.

believe me or not, just go to honey court in chinatown. so far, it's the
best homemade chinese i have ever had in seattle. in your normal
weekdays, the restaurant should be filled with chinese families. they
all know that place is good. in fact, i personally think the food
matches those at some good restaurants in hong kong. the decorations
could be done better though. oh well, at least it's bright inside.
