There is a good place for burritos at Terreros in Broadway Market.

My taste in burritos isn't quite as upscale as yours, but you can get an
excellent burrito at Casa D's Taqueria. There is one in Seattle at Second
and Wall, and also one in Bellevue on Bellevue Way by McDonalds. They serve
strictly lowbrow, huge burritos with delicious homemade salsas. I
reccommend the carnitas, many also like their own chorizo. Don't get the
super size unless you want to spend the rest of the day with a gut ache. As
an indication of how much I love these burritos, I go there for lunch at
least once a week, and have been known to visit up to 3 times in a single
 week.

For more gourmet burrito/wrap type deals Mondo Burrito on First across from
the Army surplus is good. I also have heard great things about gorditos,
but haven't tried it personally (yet).

Taqueria Guadalupana on Lake City Way near 85th. Hole-in-the-wall
taqueria, tucked in the back of a 'modest' mexican grocery store. No
fancy frou-frou nouveau style burritos here. Choice of meats (or not)
and either the red or green salsa. Everything is fresh, homemade and
wonderful. The soups (weekends only) are out of this world.

Their fish burritos are awesome--in fact everythng they've got is great.

Yesterday, we ate lunch at a little Mexican restaurant on Ballinger Way called
Todo Mexico. We had an excellent meal with really good burritos. (They were
Gordido's [sp?] but they were delicious.) It's a really nice, little, place
and the service and food were great. We didn't have a chance to try any of
their regional specials but the menu was interesting and different. They offer
something from each Mexican state and use really fresh ingredients.

Anyone else ever try this place?
