Disclaimer! I am NOT self-advertising, okay??!! But chef Vince Rivera here at Bandoleone is from New Mexico. When I asked him about the green corn tamales, he said 'no problemo'- the only negative factor is that he has normally made them with fresh corn as well as masa & green chiles, and the season just isn't cooperating...We don't have these tamales on the menu, but if you call and ask (with enough advance notice), I'm sure that Vince can be persuaded to make up his own special recipe for ya!!
