If it truely *HOT* food you seek, I have a few 'goodies' for you... Thai Sai Mai on Snouffer School Road in Gaithersburg, MD has about the hottest food that I, or any of my friends have ever seen. This is a small 'bistro-like' restaurant with a nice atmosphere and great food. Typically, the entrees are rated as mild, medium, hot then follow 1-5 stars. I love hot food but I've never had the courage to go beyond 2*'s... I recommend their garlic chicken. It's outstanding. (Dinner for 2 runs about $25-30 including SingHa-- an excellent Thai beer...) Also, I saw a recommendation for a Vendaloo. Rajajii at Conn Ave and Calvert Street (right across from the Woodly Park metro stop) serves a *nasty* version of this fireball... Ask for them to make it 'London Hot'... You'll love it!! Enjoy! -- Spanky
