I would like to recommend one fine Chinese restaurant in Burtonsville.
I have dined there several times. It is a restaurant with very high quality, yet not costly. They told me that they use low-fat recipe, if you care this. I do not care anyway, 'cause I am slender :-) My favorites include orange beef, and Peking chicken.... The restaurant is located on Rout 198, near the intersection with Rout 29. I agree with Shyhin about Peking Rest. They also have the BEST "Stir Fried Rice Noodles, Sing-Chow Style" anywhere, and the "Chef Leung's Fillet Mignon" is unique and also very tasty. Two other excellent choices are the Hunan Manor in White Oak Shopping Center (New Hampshire Ave @ Lockwood Drive, just off Rte 29) and the Hunan Inn in the Briggs Chaney Shopping Center at Briggs Chaney & Rte 29. I have my favorite dishes at each of these three establishments, so my wife and I frequent all three. BTW, Hunan Inn now delivers ( I live off of New Hampshire near Briggs Chaney) and they come to my house. Beats the heck out of Pizza-the-Hut or Dominos!
