I went to FUJI on North Glebe Road in Arlington, and had some BBQ'd short ribs and their soft shell crab roll. Both were excellent. The salmon sushi was less special, but the maki and the BBQ were really very good. Can people recommend other Korean BBQs? How is this type of food different from the Mongolian Barbeque I saw in a different thread? And, more to the point, am I likely to enjoy the latter as much as I enjoyed the former?
