Used to be Tortino's at Rio Mall. Now is family owned and quite good. The tamales are made on the premises and very good with the taste of good red chile. It's a pretty setting on the lake and of course right next to the Rio 8 movies which I think are wonderful with their big screens and digital sound. ChiChi's has bought out all the Tortino's. Tortino didn't want the Rio Mall location and sold it to the family.
