My favorite Bethesda restaurant is Montgomery's Grill located on the 7200 block of Wisconsin Ave. They have reasonable prices, good selection, large portions, and terrific service. When it is not too hot and humid, outside dining is pleasant. They offer free indoor parking, under the restaurant(enter from Bethesda Ave) which adds to the convienience. They also have a large Bar which is a very popular night spot on weekends. Bon Appetit!
