In Richmond, try the Frog and the Redneck for dinner. The Tabacco House is also good. On Sunday there is a great brunch at the Jefferson Hotel, which is one of the great hotels to see. The food is as great as the atmosphere. Have a good time. [email removed]

Need Richmond recommendations
There's a very good listing/review of Richmond restaurants at http://www.richmond.com/food/ Todd B. wrote: > I will be spending a few days in Richmond, Virginia. There are several places I would recommend over the expensive **** hotels (i.e., Jefferson, Berkeley) if you don't mind exposed brick and open kitchens. I had brunch at Millies saturday. Not a diner despite the looks. Tiny, go early to avoid a wait. Europa has a great selection of tapas / appetizers. Been there 6 times and have not yet managed to order an entree. Frog&Redneck is the most widely known to out of towners. Moderately expensive, excellent service. These are in the Shockoe Bottom area. You might enjoy Havana '59, if the weather is nice they have a rooftop patio to dissipate the cigar smoke. There are a bunch of small restaurants along West Main St in the Fan. My favorite is Avalon. Check the menu at http://exit1.com/avalon/ .
