Thanks to those who responded to my inquiry about restaurants in Wyoming, Denver, Dallas, and Salt Lake.  I didn't get a chance to stop in Denver, but BACI in Salt Lake was *excellent*. The food was nice, the decor trendy, and the service impressive.
