This is generally (but not universaly) regarded as the best balance between "what the public says" (eg Zagat) and "what the experts say" (eg Michelin). The GFG rates Oxo Tower "5", which is quite a good rating; but on my visit I found the food unexciting. The view is excellent, especially if you can get a table by the window. Some of my friends prefer to go to the bar/brasserie in the Oxo Tower, and save the money from dinner for somewhere with excellent cooking but no view (eg Gordon Ramsay, Petrus, etc).
