On the Menu is back for your eating pleasure! Dining options in Aggieland have appreciated greatly in the last few months with the opening of Royers' College Station Cafe. The new eatery serves up Texas-sized portions of very substantial food: seasoned and prepared the way Texans remember it before the anti-fat, anti-cholesterol, anti-indulgence gremlins took over the world. Check out their tempting menu and pick up Bud Royer’s recipe for "Not My Mom’s Apple Pie."

BINGO! Decent food really, but my God it's expensive! (at least, it is for a starving college student). IMHO La Barroninia (SP?) is a much better value here in the B/CS area.

So does the Dixie Chicken.
