This is a bit of a hole in the wall on Stassney at South 1st.

We have enjoyed this place for some time, and would like others to do so as well. Every time we go, the food is excellent. One of my guidelines for an Oriental restaurant is the hot and sour soup; theirs is _good_!

For the rest, briefly, the scallops are never overcooked, the steamed dishes are served with the appropriate sauces _separate_ from the entree, not doused. Next time we go I will ask them to have the chef choose my order.

We are treated like royalty every time, and gently instructed in proper Chinese manners and pronunciation. I assume they do OK with takeout orders, but every time we go, we are the only customers. Let's help, so they don't disappear.
