FYI, here's a "heads-up" on something new to the USofA ... a Brazilian restaurant chain ... Fogo de Chao ... with a couple things we've never seen before. The servers are also the chefs ... they tend over a dozen different kinds of meat over coals in the kitchen, then take it on skewers around to the tables where diners have flipped over the little doo-hickey that tells 'em you want more meat ... and slice it off the skewer onto your plate. Servers in Dallas don't understand English, no matter how s-l-o-w-l-y and distinctly you speak it! Reviews indicate fixed price all-you-can-eat .. $20 for lunch, $25 dinner, includes filet mignon, tenderloin, ribs, lang, pork, chicken, etc. Beef is coated with sea salt before cooking, most else is marinated. Chain says it has two restaurants in Sao Paulo, Brazil; chose Dallas 'cause Texans love beef.

That's Beltline Road, from the Dallas Tollway west to Marsh Lane ... with an apology to the restaurants that are West of Marsh Lane .... Anybody gotten out there yet?
