Three of us had dinner at Din Ho Saturday night. I'm sorry to report that each of our dishes lacked great flavor. I had the scallops and shrimp with garlic sauce. It had a small garlic flavor and no heat as promised on the menu. A friend had the bar-b-q combination plate; included duck, pork, and chicken. She reported that the duck had the most flavor, and the others tasted very bland. My sig-other had the spareribs with special sauce. He reported little flavor and strange texture. We all shared a bowl of hot and sour soup, which was good. I must say that the portions were very large and the service was wonderful! We will give them another try. My favorite Chinese is still Pao's on Brazos and I love Tan Tan for noodles! JennyM
