We had the jamaican jerk chicken and it was amazing. It was packed with flavor, which makes sense because after speaking to Hoover, we found that it was marinated, then hand-rubbed and *then* smoked: no short cuts here! The presentation was so-so, however, but the service was good. We also loved the sweet potato biscuits which came in the bread basket we ordered. And we were pleased with the drink selection which had all of our old favorites--RC Cola, Big Red, Dr Pepper, but we especially loved the individual mini-pitchers of fresh squeezed lemonade.
