There happens to be IMHO Pappsito's is much better than El Chico. It is also on the west side of the 410 Loop. Granted it is more expensive, but I think the food is significantly better and comes in much larger quantities.

Sorry I don't have the address, it should be in the phone book. It's near the court house.
La Margarita in Market Square or Rio Rio on the Riverwalk are nice. The ambiance is perfect.
