While I have never eaten there, The Mansion at Turtle Creek has been considered among the best in Dallas as long as I have been alive (22yrs.). It is probably the most expensive restaurant in Dallas but with good reason.

Unfortunately, my favorite restaurant, Routh Street Cafe, closed. It featured upscale Southwestern dining. However, the same owners opened a cheaper and more casual (but still fairly expensive) offspring called Baby Routh. The food there is excellent as well.

If you interested in Continental fare, The Riveria is probably the best in Dallas for this, or the owners of it recently opened a brand new restaurant in far north Dallas, Mediteraneo which I recently visited and enjoyed very much. Both of these are expensive.

If you're interested in something other than what I have listed above or have any question, feel free to e-mail me at [email removed]. I'd be happy to try to answer any questions you have.
