This is Stephan Pyles' (former chef of the highly acclaimed Routh Street Cafe and still part owner of Baby Routh) new restaurant. He bills his food as "Texas Cuisine" in an attempt to differentiate it from Southwestern. Regardless, it's very good. The food is creative and well presented. This place is definately unique. Entree prices are in the 20$ range. The decor is lively and certainly Texan. I suggest you get reservations WELL in advance, as it has been very popular (trendy?) in its first few months.
