Margarita's on Burnet and North Loop always has lots of kids, and it's kind of bustling and noisy anyway, so a little rambunctiousness goes more or less un-noticed. The food is pretty good, though they do some things (like their shrimp fajitas) better than others. The sopapillas and pralines are outstanding, however. Margaret
