In the interest of sharing knowledge:

For those who want to taste authentic Texas smoked hot links or brisket, visit:

It's Mueller's BBQ in Taylor, TX, a little town outside Austin. Mueller's is a tiny, family-run place with a screen door, butcher paper and paper plates, but some of the BEST BBQ in the world. Texas Monthly named them as one of the state's best-three BBQ joints. And they do Fed-Ex. My biggest order so far was $250 (me and four others from work). I've eaten there, and the Fed-Exed stuff is just as good.

For the record, I have no interest in Mueller's, except in the continuation of good, authentic, pit-smoked BBQ.

If you order, tell them the guy from Columbia College sent you.
