Miguel's de Bodega has some Cuban food that is fairly "authentic" (according to a Cuban friend of mine). I like the place in general. I've heard that Guenther's up on I-35N has started serving Cuban as well. What an odd combination -- German and Cuban.

Shaggy's on S.Congress (near Allen boots) serves some Cuban dishes. One of their cooks is Cuban and oftentimes has Cuban specials.

Well my husband and I have gone several times. The atmosphere is nice -- they usually have a little one or two man band going with german music. The food is good but I don't think great and a little pricey for my taste.
