If you're ever in Kingsport, Tennessee you just HAVE to try a little chain of fast food restaurants called Pal's. They have the BEST chili dogs and chili burgers <I would be so bold as to say> in the world... and I've tried to find something as good just about all over the U.S. without success. As I said, it's a small chain there but you can ask anyone in town and they'll all be able to direct you to one near by!
