If you visit Barcelona I would recommend: Los Caracoles (Very traditional Barcelona restaurant with local versions of paella and other catalonian food) Try the Canneloni. Il Fondo-On the same street as Los Caracoles. Very reasonably priced, white table cloth place. Very popular with the locals. Good food. Calla Maria. Small restaurant at the edge of Old Town on a very narrow street near the Universitat Metro stop. As for Scotland, you're on your own. Haggis looks perfectly dreadful to eat but the Scots seem to like it. From [email removed] Tue Mar 11 11:27:58 EST 2003 Article: 57076 of rec.food.restaurants

In Madrid you might want to seek out St James if interested in paella. +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ Remove a "syn" from my reply address before replying by email Tonefully yours...
