They have a wood burning brick oven and this peel for the pizzas with what I remember as about a 12 foot handle on it that rested on a floor mounted roller for moving the pizzas in and out of the oven. The pizza was thin crust and fabulous tasting and the ambiance was homestyle were you get a cafeteria tray and just enjoy the food. I would highly recommend it. Since I could not remember myself, I did a search in the yellow pages (yea, took a while :-) ) for my own sake as well and found it, so, here is the info. Tacconelli's Pizzeria 2604 East Sommerset Street Philadelphia, PA 19134 215-425-4983 Good Luck, Apuch, Chef of Cafette in Chestnut Hill Tonights Specials will be soon posted here. They sell out nightly.
