Not quite in Washington, but nearby, is Big Fella's pizza in Canonsburg. It's in the plaza across from the police station. Great hand-tossed pies and subs made with all Boar's Head deli meats (really tasty meats, great quality). They also sell the Boar's Head meats by the pound. Good steak hoagies and wings too.
