 It's on Penn Ave.  As you're going towards town, it's a few blocks after
 you pass St. Francis, just as you start down the hill.  On the right.
 There's no sign sticking out, just the name painted on the window.  The
 front is painted bright blue.  Go early, and don't miss the spring
 rolls.
